In honor of our fallen colleague, Admiral James Norrington, we'd like to organize an online memorial tribute to his memory for his honorable deeds and dedicated service. Norrington's heroic and sacrificial act on behalf of Pirate Lord Swann should be particularly noted. We propose to hold a moment of silence on Saturday, July 7, 2007, in Admiral Norrington's honor, as it marks the anniversary of the opening weekend of Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl, which is when we first learned of the good Admiral's existence. After observing a moment of silence, we would like to encourage fans to post pictures, stories, and their favorite memories of Admiral Norrington to their Xanga blogs, sites, and bulletin boards, and any other online sites they may choose.
